This restaurant was absolutely disappointing. I took my family there hoping for a nice dinner, but instead, we ended up frustrated. The food took far too long to arrive, and when it finally did, everything was cold and our orders were incorrect. When I inquired about my bill and pointed out that my burger came without cheese and ketchup, a very rude staff member told me that they wouldn't provide those condiments unless I specifically asked for them. I was surprised, as even fast-food places like McDonald's understand that burgers typically come with ketchup. The waitstaff made us eat our tacos with our hands, leaving us to figure out what they were since they didn't provide any utensils. This felt very unhygienic. To top it off, the rude lady complained that we didn't leave a tip, which was understandable given our experience. I sincerely hope I don't end up with food poisoning. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
