Bad staff on diamond backSo it was 9:59 and the we were waiting in line for soooo long so it just turned to 10:00 pm and he kicked us out and usually the staff lets you go on one more ride but no this guy just had to be a Debbie downer so mad
Six Flags owns this place. Yet, you wouldn 't be able to tell by how often rides are out of commission, inconsistency with ride height enforcement, inconsistency with what loose articles are for pre-ride removal, and plenty of other professional discrepancies.I realize it 's one of Six Flag 's smaller parks. However, if you 've gone to one of their flagship, bigger parks....you can clearly see the neglect of this location. But hey, if you have the theme park itch, it might scratch it.
The reviews seemed like I didn't wanna visit. Being close to 40, and spent all my life at Six Flags Texas, my expectations weren't great going in. Frontier City was a nice little park though. The lines weren't long, the attractions were small but thrilling. Of course it's over priced, but we had a coupon for $20. I'd go again, bring a packed lunch and buy a refillable cup that last a season.
We had fun because there was no crowds, this place was ran by all kids and lots of rides where down in the kids areas. There lots of things unopened inside the park. We rode about 12 rides in 3 hours with all the walking and 2 different $30 bottle water break for two adults and two kids under 10, no shows where open and we were rained out after 3 hours, I was ready to leave very hot with the inside of the park being all blacktop and no water fountains or shaded areas to rest. I would return on a cooler day to hit a few coasters I think there is 5 and we missed the one by the parking lot that looked kinda cool. All that being said for the money there are many better parks in my opinion. This place did have a water park as well that we may plan to spend more time at if we visit again someday.Travis
