Ihop - Olathe

Not much to say about this place—floors and seats were dirty. I ordered a burger at what’s supposed to be a breakfast spot, so I won’t comment further. If you're looking for a good meal, I recommend Perkins in Gardner, Kansas. They always have friendly staff and great food.

Dining at IHOP was just as expected—cozy and a classic breakfast experience. Our waitress was wonderful, bringing a bright energy to our visit. She was extremely attentive and helpful! Thank you, Tanika, for the fantastic service during our meal!

I would appreciate this. It’s nothing extraordinary, but it’s what you would expect from IHOP. The service was average to below average. I ordered the crispy chicken bacon sandwich, which was just okay; the chicken was frozen and baked. The other person with me had a waffle and bacon. The waffle was excellent, but the bacon was too thin. Overall, the food was decent.

We went to breakfast/breakfast and it wasn't too busy so we got a table right away. our waitress came to take away our commands immediately, which was estimated as we were on the way to an event. our food was hot, delicious and our order was right. we would recommend.

Short staffed, waited 30 minutes for just waters. Waited another 10 to get our order taken. Currently sitting here at the table 1 hour since we got here still waiting for our food. This place is a joke. Dirty tables everywhere.
