Contribuer aux commentairesI'm a Dunkin' fan. I love their coffee. The service at this store is good. The turnover is high, but I've never had a bad experience. The staff is polite and friendly. The few times there's been a mistake on my order they've addressed it right away and made good on it.
Awful. I put in an order for boxes of hot chocolate for a specific date and time. I called a week prior, the day before and 2 hours before the pick up time. I was told by the manager the order would be ready at the pick up time. I get there and the staff was completely unaware and didn’t have the supplies. What a joke. I had to wait for the staff to go to another store and get the supplies thus making me super late for the event. Never again.
While working nearby, I would go to this place almost daily.The app is excellent, and makes it real easy to order. Also helps to have a card on file with auto-replenishment to make it even easier.The staff here is excellent. Real friendly, and they always get my order correct.My standard is a large iced hazelnut coffee with a jelly or glazed donut. Sometimes they are out of my particular donut, but they know me so well that they just substitute or wait and ask. Excellent service. As a side note, love it when it is Valentine's Day and the donuts are in the shape of hearts! Occasionally for lunch I would get the grilled cheese. Very good!Store is clean, and mostly drive through service with limited people sitting inside or at the outdoor seating.Enjoy!Parking: Limited (but never full) spaces behind the store.
Good service. They just never have seasonal stuff and they haven't restocked butter pecan and it's a year round thing now makes no sense that the other dunkin has it by giant when I heard it's the same person who owns
Good coffee, wraps will do the trick. Donuts feel stale all the time and service is slow. Doesn't feel like the manager is leading and directing traffic well.
