The bread on the pizza was extremely thick, not enjoyable for me. Server was waiting tables at the other end of the restaurant so it was a challenge to get refills or ask for anything. This was not a great experience and food was mediocre. The reataurant was dimly lit, smelled a little funny, didn’t look too clean. I don’t think I’d give it a second chance.
Love this spot. I go once a week. The staff is always friendly and knows me by name! Highly
In the past, this was the best Italian restaurant in the area. While it's still good I would say it is only okay at this point. Expect to pay $20 per meal for dinner. There is a ton of seating including outdoor seating when it is warmer.
This place has been in Olney for the 40 years we've been in the area. One of the best Italian restaurants we have ever been to. Always good! Generous portions. Great sauce. Everything is good!!
Always a favorite with us. The service is always good and the food is just fantastic. One person in our group got this spinach salad and it was so good that all of us started trying to steal bits of it from her. Their pizza is truly one of the best you'll find in the DC metro area. You basically have to go to New York to get a better New York style pizza. This is always a go-to place when we just want a good slice of pizza and a very casual atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're into a good slice of New York styled pizza get yourself over to Mamma Lucia. Side note their gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza is also really good. So if you can't eat gluten this is still a great place for you to grab a slice of pizza.
