Abelardo's Mexican Fresh - Omaha

Was there tonight to pick up a few burritos.. my husband got the chicken and I got a veggie but asked to add potatoes. I have had a few breakfast burritos there and added potatoes and they were delicious. When I picked up my burrito and brought it home I went to check to make sure it had potatoes... and it was full of French fries? I do realize you can add French fries to it so I double checked the order to make sure we had selected correctly and we did. No French fries were selected. And they were cold French fries! I called the location and spoke with a woman and explained the situation.. she said those were the only potatoes they had? I said well according to her website that was incorrect... she said she did not know what the website said? I asked for a Credit for my burrito as it was going in the garbage and she said she would see what she could do... and then kindly hung up on me. I won 't be back. I don 't need a shitty burrito that bad. Customer service was none existent.

Very inconsistent. I usually get the carne asada burrito and when it is fresh it is one of the best in town. For me it is about 50/50 to get a fresh carne asada burrito. Today I made the mistake of asking if the carne asada is fresh, if not I would order something else. They said it was, it tasted dried out which sucked but it is what it is.

I got drive through on taco Tuesdays it has been a bit, always good food, and good value which i feel is important anymore. Make this a regular spot every few weeks.

The Californian burrito is one of my favorite I love the amount of cheese that she put in her and they fries are a beautiful twist to a big burrito
