Mai Thai - Omaha

The last time we visited Mai Thai was a few years ago. Back then, the space was smaller but cozy and had a nice atmosphere. However, during our most recent visit, we noticed some changes. The restaurant had expanded and now had more of a lounge vibe than a traditional restaurant feel. The food was still good, but despite there being few customers, the service seemed lacking. It felt like the staff was not very attentive to the needs of the guests. Unfortunately, we may not be returning to Mai Thai in the future.

Extremely poor service. did not get everything we ordered. the waiter was fast and impatient. I tried to recharge myself for 2 pieces brokkoli. the food we got was actually quite good, but it was not worth the bad service. will not go back.

We visited Mai Thai several years ago and found it to be comfortable and upscale despite its smaller size. During our recent visit, we noticed that the restaurant had expanded, giving it a more lounge-like atmosphere. While the food was still good, the service seemed lacking. Despite the lack of patrons at the time, we felt that the wait staff did not pay enough attention to our needs. Sadly, we do not plan on returning in the future.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Our order was incomplete and the waiter seemed rushed and impatient. We were even charged for extra broccoli that we didn't order. While the food we did receive was decent, the overall experience was not worth it. We will not be returning to this establishment.
