Saigon Surface - Omaha

I've never had Vietnamese food. I decided to try saigon surface, and young I am glad I did it. Vietnamese is now easy in my top 5 favorite food types. everything was professionally prepared and so fresh when they care for serving, not. I can usually pack some vittles; I hadn't eaten much today, and I left full after a deserted and appetizer. I love this place! will be back, and will tell everyone what I know.

Finally. I had to see what it was about the rave! pho that. pho that. I must admit that this place is really sweet, beautiful atmosphere. I ordered the beef oxtail pho added huh and mushrooms. my gast ordered the same plus hot and acidic suppe. eating was exceptionally fresh, huge portions. very delicious! I will be back 100

Every time I'm here, I think I'll get something else. but nothing beats the tilapia clay pot. tilapia, caramelized kartoffels, rice and the most incredible curry choke they have ever. it is brownish, hearty, sweet, oily (on good wise). I want to get almost another side of reis so I can justify the rest of the sweet nectar. so yes. highly recommended.

Saigon surface is always a great experience for me, which is ordered from the Turkish, and that says a lot. Everything is always carefully prepared and the taste is always great. I recommend the ox dick pho and the mi vit tiem (red duck soup). the rolls are great and if they are looking for a different taste profile than their standard Chinese takeout eirolls. I've done pho before and it's not easy and not fast. they deliver time after the time with phenomenal taste and great service. Moreover, they probably have a hard time to end a portion pho in a session, especially if they have something like egg rolls or calamari to go with it. that is, mine has gone in the regular in less than 15 minutes, because I can't help stop that the mi vit tiem looks. rich, dark broth, which is not too heavy and absolutely stuffed with taste. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a hankerin' for Pork Bánh mì and this place nailed it! The sandwich is huge and actually makes 2 meals. Not crowded, friendly fast service. Will definitely come back. Wi-Fi password #saigonsurface
