I also ordered chana masala, which was swimming in oil. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend eating here—it's likely to upset your stomach. Be cautious about what you choose to eat!
I have visited this restaurant a couple of times, and I must say that the staff here truly care about their customers and our Blackstone community. Last week, I injured my legs quite badly and hobbled in from the bus station. They greeted me warmly, opened the door, and made sure I was comfortable considering my injury. They helped me elevate my leg and even provided me with complimentary pineapple water. Unfortunately, I couldn’t tolerate the pain while trying to eat, so they quickly packaged my meal to go, assisted me with my belongings, and escorted me to my ride to the hospital. The mother of the restaurant held onto me to ensure I wouldn’t fall and checked that I was okay, along with her son and Santosh, who makes the naan. The food is excellent, and the people are genuinely caring; they made me feel like one of their family members. If you're not coming here for amazing Indian cuisine, you're missing out—these people offer a level of service and kindness that is truly exceptional.
The food here is fantastic—full of flavor and perfectly spiced. The preparation is impressively quick, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. I lived in India, and this truly captures the authentic experience!
This restaurant serves some of the best Indian food in town! The family that runs it is incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent. While it may be a small, tucked-away spot, it's definitely worth visiting for the delicious food rather than the ambiance!
I ordered takeout today for Memorial Day from one of the few Indian restaurants that was open. The food was incredibly fresh and served hot. We tried the veggie curry with a spicy kick and the veggie masala, which was milder in flavor. The garlic rosemary naan was a bit bland, but overall, the meal was delicious. I would definitely order from here again.
