Arby's - Oneida

This is the slowest drive-thru experience I've ever had at a western fast food restaurant. I waited over 15 minutes just to order my food.

The meal was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the hushpuppies, they were absolutely delicious.

The food service was subpar, with a cold baked potato and a missing roast beef sandwich. They need to hire more competent staff instead of relying on kids.

If I could rate it zero I definitely would. When I spend over 30 dollars on chicken you gonna charge me 50 cent for each sauce , get out of here. That Manger on duty was the worst. Didn't get her name but she was blonde extremely rude mind you I waited 18 minutes in this drive thru. Slowest Arby's drive thru experience in my life also the worst one. I know gas prices are high but this location is ran so horribly I'd spend the extra gas to drive 40 extra minutes

They need to hire more people so people don't have to wait an hour in a line stretched round the building!
