Panda Express - Opelika

The place is clean and the service is fast. The food is well cooked.

I'm a little disappointed that you have to wait to get the super greens. Today, I was told 30 minutes! Why? Other Panda Expresses have them ready. I prefer them over rice and noodles.

I can confidently say that this is an amazing Panda Express. I have ordered about a dozen times over the past year, and every time I was met with exceptional service, good portions, and quality food. There is hardly ever a long wait, and the drive thru is very efficient. The interior dining area and bathrooms are very clean and the place has a great atmosphere.

Last night was my first real bad experience with this location. We waited for 40 minutes longer than we were supposed to for a mobile order. No one communicated with us at all. We got two free large drinks but it was a bunch of younger workers and i think a manager should've communicated with us. I think the lack of communication was the most frustrating part about it. We were not the only people waiting either, there were about 4 others towards the end of our wait.

It was near closing and the lady that was serving me was super nice. Gave me a little bit extra of each.
