Yamato Steakhouse Of Japan - Opelousas

My fiancée and I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is consistently outstanding, and the atmosphere is always delightful. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and attentive tonight; I really wish I had caught her name because she definitely deserves recognition! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!

I placed an order online, and it was ready in just 15 minutes. The prices are quite reasonable, and the food was excellent, with one small exception. I ordered the Volcano Roll, which had an unexpected amount of shredded imitation crab on the six pieces of sushi—more than I've ever seen! While the roll itself was tasty, there was just too much crab for my liking. The picture I've included shows all the crab.

I dined here twice and enjoyed the food both times. The service was slightly lacking during my first visit, possibly due to a language barrier, but on my second visit, the service was excellent.
