Papa John's Pizza - Orange Park

I love p john, I had the stuff crush pizza, loved it.

So I ordered a delivery that I did not get a confirmation of. When I called I asked about my order and the guy I spoke with had no idea about my order. When I gave home my address he said that was not in their delivery rage then when he pulled up my phone number he said we have delivered to you before and told me my address. After being very clear they do not order to that address. Then then I told him it has already been taken off my card for $28.82 and that I would like a refund. He told me since there was no confirmation that I ordered it he couldn?t do that. Then he processed to tell me that I should of already had refund if I ordered it 3 days ago I continuously had to tell him I ordered it an hour ago. Then he randomly put me on hold which he did not ask to do. When he answered again he had an attitude and sounded angry he gave me another number and hung up. I will never order from there again and I am out almost $30 with no pizza.

Just ordered food for my family about 30 minutes ago...food arrived 15 later...it was very fresh and hot. We tried the papadias...they are very delicious and filling. Awesome service!!!!

Hurricane day! Placed my order and when coming to pick it up was greeted by some amazing NICE people! The gal working inside even held the door open for when I was leaving. Awesome folks! It was a good feeling on such an uncertain day! Thank you!
