Brittney (our waiting staff) was absolutely wonderful and very attentive. the decoration was very rustic and a little worn but cozy! it actually reminded us of the northampton inn in, northampton, ma we visited frequently. eating was delicious and plentiful. the parking lot has much to wish but we will go back.
We went on a recommendation from some friends for my parents 60-year anniversary and had a great time. Food was excellent and value was great.
We had one server for the entire room, however we were certainly enjoying the wonderful view of the garden and didnât mind waiting. Our food was outstanding! Overall our experience was amazing and we will be back!
It has been years since I last been at the Hilltop, and now that I think about it, I suppose the food never left a lasting impression. The food was VERY underwhelming and under seasoned. When a restaurant has a very select list of entrées to choose from, I expect expert execution of those said dishes⦠after all, these are the dishes that you should do better than anyone else, within reason. The drinks were good, the place seemed clean, everyone was friendly, but the food was just so bland.
