Contribuer aux commentairesThe wait was far too long for what ended up being mediocre food! I waited about 45 minutes for two 6-piece combos. They hardly had any sauce on them and were served cold. The fries weren't fully cooked either. I usually enjoy great quality at this location, but this time it felt very rushed.
The purpose of calling in your order is so your food is ready when you arrive, and it was. However, when we got there to pick up our food, we ended up waiting while the staff served four guests, two of whom were ahead of us—fine, I understand that. But our food was just sitting there, ready to be picked up! Additionally, I ordered a half-and-half mix for my wings, and they all ended up being the same flavor. It's frustrating to see a push for increasing the minimum wage when basic orders can't even be handled correctly.
Not great. I ordered online and had a 2.5-hour wait before pickup, but still ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes. They also forgot the fries. The food I ordered was good, though. I’m giving it 3 stars.
I visited this restaurant for the first and last time. There were very few customers, so it wasn't busy at all. I stood at the counter for three minutes, and even though both employees made eye contact with me, no one asked for my order. I ended up leaving. There are plenty of other places that appreciate my business.
If you care about the quality of the food you consume and the safety and sanitation of the environment where your food is prepared, I strongly advise against dining here or at any Wingstop locations. I voiced my concerns about the company policies and health code violations, and as a result, I was fired. The photos I've attached demonstrate the state of the floors.
