Great experience. The place was packed as it always is and yet the staff were amazing and friendly as always.The filet mignon was cooked perfectly (I like it with a cold center) and the ribs were outstanding as always.The waitress came up within a minute of being seated and took my order. The salad was served less than five minutes later.Going online and putting myself on the waitlist certainly cut the wait time down significantly.kudos to Texas Roadhouse for having a great process in place that always ensures unmatched customer service and consistent food quality.

Triple check your pick up orders.Dining in is fine and the experience is timely enough. I don’t love how loud it is so I prefer pick up. They really struggle with getting all the items of the pick up orders right. I’ve ordered out and every time there is something missing, usually a side or extra bread.I left feedback via the website in the past because calling the restaurant usually results in a long wait. I got a call from the owner saying I should just call next time even though I tried.Just a little frustrating.
