Great American Bagel - Orland Park

It's not often, I write reviews. But when I do, I feel a personal connection to a place. Having grown up in the dirty, run down blocks of the Bronx, the only joy we had was to be able to get a piping hot bagel. Not any bagel, but one filled with schmear, carbs, and pure and luminous goodness that would put all my worries and pains to bed. Despite, all the trash, the hustle, and the looming eye of the big apple, this was my light at the end of the tunnel. My shining beacon of truth. Now living, a quiet, modest and upright Midwestern life, I can't but help remember this childish and instinctual feeling that I had in my childhood. Luckily, this establishment has served as a wonderful recreation of that experience. Fine people, fine employees, and a smile at the end of every transaction. Despite the masks, you could see the joy on the faces of the employees. God bless.

Heard this place reopened with a new owner, and when I went in I was able to tell right away! They renovated the place and it looks much nicer! The customer service was great, they greeted me once I walked in and told me to have a nice day on my way out! The bagels and cream cheese were the best I’ve tasted in years.. will be back at LEAST once a week! 5 stars!

I love this location! Staff is super friendly and helpful! The place is clean and neatly stacked. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT! Told friends and family regarding this location and they also agreed with me!

Had the all american breakfast bagel 4 out of 5 , had the pizza bagel that was 10000 out of a 10000 , had the Italian sandwich that was really good 5 out 5 would definitely recommend eating here

The restaurant looks sooo much better now!! they have great customer service and the environment is spotless. I highly recommend
