Blue Jacket's Gastropub - Orlando

Moving forward, I believe the restaurant should expand its menu, as they already demonstrate the ability to execute a few items very well. Additionally, the ambiance could use some improvement; while the space is clean and has been upgraded from the previous gastropub, it currently lacks character and a distinct identity. For now, I recommend supporting this location, being patient as they navigate their early stages, and checking back in a few months to see how they develop a solid foundation.
