Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream - Orlando

I had heard a lot of buzz about this place, so I was really looking forward to trying it out. Many people had raved about the vegan ice cream being the best they’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I don’t share that sentiment. On the day I visited, the two vegan flavors available were not ones I would normally choose, which left me feeling disappointed right from the start. All I could taste was that it was vegan ice cream, and I've had vegan options that are creamy and delicious without giving away their dairy-free nature. Additionally, there’s a $1.25 surcharge for non-dairy options, which added to my frustration.

Wow! The ice cream here is incredible, and I have to confess that I can be quite particular about frozen desserts! My only regret is not discovering this place sooner. They offer a rotating selection of high-quality, hand-crafted ice cream, and the service is both friendly and efficient. Additionally, they have a loyalty program! Just a heads up, parking can be a bit tight, so plan ahead. Also, they only accept card payments. Highly recommended! I can’t wait to come back!

The parking situation isn’t great. There’s a line outside where you wait to get in, but luckily, we didn’t have to wait long. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The ice cream and cones are fantastic. There are some indoor seating options as well as benches outside.

I'm an ice fan and Kelly's hands down, without a doubt the best ice cream in Orlando. Their flavors are original and you can really taste that they use real ingredients. Cookie Monster is very popular and one of my personal favorites. I always get 2 cups in a cup, waffle cone or waffle bowl. One blow is almost always cookie monster and the other I change to try out all flavors. Your loyalty program is beautiful and you get a free small (or the discount of a small) for all 7 stars you deserve. My only complaint is that they usually don't ask for my number to earn my stars, so don't forget to mention it when you pay. Apart from that, always phenomenal service. You also have prefabricated pints and ice cream cake, or you can choose any taste and they can make your own personal pint!

We hired Kellys Ice Cream Truck for our neighborhood Spring Social. You didn't disappoint! The communication board was amazing! The server was amazing! He was so nice, super personal and crazy quickly served everyone! Everyone shaved how delicious the ice was!
