Mahoney's Atlantic Grill - Orleans

This restaurant is worth every penny. We arrived right before the dinner rush and although there were a couple of people ahead of us, we put our name on the list and enjoyed margaritas from the bar. The bar is for customers waiting to be seated, so you need to inform the bartender if you want a seat at the bar, it's not a typical grab a chair situation. The margaritas were really good! The only problem we encountered was that there were no buzzers or texts to alert us when our table was ready for those on the waitlist. We waited for almost an hour until I noticed people who came in after us were getting seated. When we checked in with the host, we found that our name had been marked as 'missing', even though we were just two chairs down at the bar. Once this issue was resolved, we were seated immediately and the rest of the night was perfect. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine, tuna sashimi appetizer, grilled swordfish, and lobster ravioli - all perfectly cooked and the freshest fish. The bread pudding with fresh berries and cream for dessert was just the right amount of sweet to share at the end. This was a high-quality dinner and a great start to our trip to Cape Cod. I highly recommend this restaurant, just make sure to keep track of your spot on the waitlist.

Delicious in every way! We enjoyed the fried calamari appetizer as well as meatball and polenta appetizer. Both were phenomenal! The Atlantic steaming bowl is unbelievably delicious! Portions always provide us enough to take home for another complete meal! Tiramisu for dessert was top notch also. Our server, Debbie, was very attentive and friendly.
