The most horrible customer service they do not greet or acknowledge you when you enter they ignore you while you wait for online orders they don’t even announce the online orders you just stand there waiting then they don’t even wear hairnets which is nasty to be making sandwiches 5 people in the kitchen no one has a hair net or hat on. POOR FOOD HANDLING HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This was my first time going to this location and I can definitively say I will never be back. Most disgusting Firehouse sub I’ve ever had. Wish I went somewhere else for lunch.
I've had a $25 gift card I have never used checked balance right before coming for lunch. The lady who initially rang me up was very friendly but machine wasn't accepting my card. Manager (Alisha, sorry if I mispelled came over to assist and it was still creating problems for her. She was very friendly and apologetic. Never did end up working but she resolved the issue and sent me on my way. Food was very good too. Thank you :
I stopped by for a DoorDash pickup and immediately felt more positive about this Firehouse Subs. Every other Firehouse I’ve visited, whether to order or pick up, has had a bad smell, poor service, and cleanliness issues. However, this location is definitely the cleanest, nicest, and friendliest one I’ve been to! It makes me want to order from them more often. I especially want to thank Aleshia for her outstanding service; she greeted me warmly and engaged in conversation rather than ignoring me like many others do. She was fantastic at her job!
