Thai Elephant Ormond Beach

We tried this great little jewel of a restaurant last night. Loved the service and food!

I never post online, but I loved this restaurant so much that I was compelled to. What an incredibly charming little place in Ormond Beach. This is the best authentic Thai food I've ever had in Florida, and I can say this as someone who lived in Thailand for 3+ years. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are the quintessential salty, spicy, sweet, and sour. Get the Salmon Mango, or any of their salads really, and you will never ever be disappointed with their Crispy Basil Duck (a chicken version exists for non-duck eaters, but the duck is where it's at). The sweetest thing at this restaurant though is the owner and proprietor. She is the loveliest lady, and on days when she's not busy, she's a great friend. I know this restaurant will remain a neighborhood staple for decades to come--check it out now.

The food was well prepared and served hot. The spice was at the level requested. The service was great! My new Thai restaurant for sure.

This is a small cute restaurant. The food was good it was just a little bland. I would give it another try.

Absolutely delicious! The food is fresh, authentic, so much flavor, it's incredible! This spot is a nice hidden gem I will be visiting frequently. 10/10! The sweet lady who served us (I assume is the owner) was so humble and sweet and took great care of us. A great local restaurant!
