Maple Leaf - Orwigsburg

It appears this wonderful little country ice cream stop is shut down this season! Hopefully they will be back!

Maple Leaf is a friendly country ice cream shop with incredible views of rolling country farmlands. The menu is staggering and you will find something to tickle your taste buds. I'd tell you my favorite but it would always be what I have in my had at the time, although I am partial to a hot fudge sundae made with vanilla peanut butter ice cream, whipped topping and a cherry. Awesome stop on a Sunday drive or weeknight getaway. Off the beaten path but well worth the adventure.

Good ice cream but nothing special. Expensive for the serving size, especially sundaes. It is in a very nice setting though, good for relaxing and letting kids burn some energy.

We just moved here during the winter and I heard about this place. We finally got to go when they opened for the season. Its a nice place, lots of options for sundaes. Nice seating area outside, country setting. Ive been here a couple times, hard ice cream and soft ice cream are both tasty

We have been coming here from many years. The ice cream selection is very good and many sundae choices too!
