Great bar to visit for drinks and a meal at their restaurant!

After about ten minutes, the bartender—who is always friendly—came over and asked if we had been helped. She took our drink order and provided us with menus. We received our drinks from her and enjoyed our beers, but still, the waitress never acknowledged our presence. When we finished our drinks, we paid the bartender and left, deciding we won't return. The food isn't great, the service is terrible, and if I'm going to spend my hard-earned money dining out, it won't be at a place like this. All the waitress needed to do was acknowledge us and inform us about our order status, but she wasn't even busy. Three tables is hardly overwhelming. It's unfortunate because we prefer to support local businesses, like Pomona and Harveyville, where the service is typically excellent. However, we won't tolerate that kind of treatment.

Elvin and I had a wonderful date last night! We decided to leave Topeka and go somewhere different! We took a beautiful country drive to Osage and ate at Sowers Pub Grub It was amazing home style cooking!! Everything was seasoned to perfection and better than mama makes it!! I highly recommend instead of heading to the city going to a small town where everyone is friendly and the food is great!! I can't wait for their fried chicken Friday I've heard it puts Dover and Pittsburgh to shame

The owners and staff are truly amazing, it has a friendly and fun atmosphere, and the food is great!
