Chillout - Oslo

Chillout is a great last for those who like to travel. here they find everything they could need for their next adventure. the staff is very helpful and has a lot of good advice. In addition, they also have a coffee bar where hot food, baked and the musée coffee can buy. the first thing I noticed when I went into the door was the amazing smell of baked! this is really the perfect place to sit down and relax with a cup of coffee while they plan their next trip.

Fantastic shop. You will find everything for traveling and of course inspiration to travel. There are also sitting place to drink caffe/ tea and eat. A lot of books, maps, travel stuff and nice staff. Always smiling and ready to help. If you need something for traveling, you will definitely find everything there. Online shop is available.

My 5-star reviews are pretty rare, but the service here earned it. From the US and needed a bit bigger backpack. They do seem to carry more of a trekking selection, whereas I just wanted more of a backpack luggage. I really wanted the Osprey Farpoint 55, 2022+ model, which they didn't really seem to know about, which is fine. It's mostly a 40 with a 15 daypack, so settled for a 40 for now. Price seemed fair and I had two guys go out of their way to assist, and reserve me a 40, as they were out of stock. Really nice selection, just not exactly what I after, but that's ok for a midsize city. Thanks for the service, and my week in Oslo has been fantastic. Wonderful city and people

They always have almost everything you need for hiking, travelling, backpacking and the like. Really helpful staff with a lot of knowledge.
