Contribuer aux commentairesAn order in-store. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes. I'll wait in the store. A few minutes later, another employee asked if I helped. I said yes and he checked. 20 minutes later I asked if my order is ready, he said yes and helped me. I asked if it was ready for a while, he said I should come forward and ask for it. I did not appreciate that answer. I even said thank you at the end, I thought they would also thank their customers, he did not.
No complaints. Pizza was hot and ready at the time promised. Made well and tasty
I've been on hold for 35 mins last time I tried to order on the phone they said I can't. I went in and they said I have to order online. But I dont use a card I use cash and there is no option for that. Now the recording says I can order on the phone but i guess you really can't. Youll be on hold for a minimum of 30mins and I don't even think they will answer period. So no end in sight. Guarantee if I stay on the phone and drive there the kids working will be in the back throwing pizza dough and talking or on their phone instead of making pizza and answering the phone. Really I'm just hanging out on the phone to see how long I'll actually be on hold for. I'm ordering some where else now. Even if they still make money at this location they are still missing out. They've lost alot of customers
I ordered online at 9:03pm. It is now 9:43pm and still don't have a pizza. We were told they would be done at 9:23pm. Was just told it would be 10 more minutes. This is the last time I order from little ceasers. Disappointing. And it's now been an hour and I'm told I have to wait longer. Canceling the order. Little Ceasers, you're a disgrace.
I am so dissatisfied and disappointed at the Oswego location! This is my 2nd time ordering from them! Their pizza is not what it was like before! They are seriously slacking on making their pizzas exactly as are advertised to their customers! I ordered the ExtraMostBestest and my pictures will show that is not what I received! I suggest if you want Lil Ceasars go to the Aurora location, NOT the one off of Farnsworth and stay away from Oswego location! This is not the way to keep a customer Lil Ceasars in Oswego! Waste of my $40.00 Manager needs to look into this and correct the problem. SO WHERE'S THE REST OF MY TOPPINGS AND SAUCE??????
