Carling Pizza - Ottawa

I paid extra, but I couldn't choose my seasonings or have half toppings on my pizza. I also couldn't contact the store for help. Bro Pizza Pizza offers more options. Overall, this was the worst pizza service I've experienced in Ottawa.

I ordered pizza on Friday and it arrived very late, 1.5 hours after I placed the order. Unfortunately, it was cold. I attempted to call and speak to someone about the issue, but after being on hold for 20 minutes, I gave up. I tried calling again on Sunday but was brushed off. I was not impressed with the service at all.

The pizza was decent, but it was too expensive for what you get. Overall, I would give it 4 stars. The feta cheese was in flakes instead of chunks, which lacked flavor. The bacon was amazing, but the olives were scarce. The toppings in general were not very generous, with few and flavorless pineapple, ham, and pepperoni. For over $50 for 2 large pizzas, I expected more toppings, not just little handfuls per pizza.

Love the pizza but was really annoyed when we couldn't order anything else (eggplant parm) without going into the restaurant. We ended up purchasing somewhere else that night.

Website sucks, makes you put on toppings you don't want and is poorly optimized for smartphones. The pizza is also quite pricey. However service is good and pizza was delicious. Love the plant based pepperoni option.
