Contribuer aux commentairesThe service at this restaurant was bad, the food was stale, and they had menu items that were not available. When we arrived, it wasn't very busy and the temperature inside was around 40C.
I had a wonderful time with friends celebrating a birthday at this restaurant. When I walked in, I immediately loved the décor - it was cozy, intimate, and inviting. The atmosphere was perfect for our celebration.
I received my food an hour after placing my order as the restaurant was very busy serving a large crowd in another room. Additionally, the food arrived cold which was disappointing.
First time at Rosie's and very disappointed ... it was recommended to me as a great place with great food ... this is not the case at all service was slow and bad ordered drinks it took forever, food came out as soon as we ordered it before our drinks came to the table so you know it is precooked ,,, I ordered Fish & Chips greasy and over cooked server indicated it was 2 piece I only received one, my friends had burgers so greasy the bread was soggy ... not edible gave it back server didn't even ask if I wanted to order anything else .. not that I would have .. would not recommend Rosie's there are better places with better food and service near by ,,
Firstly, the food was tasty and well made. Although, my sister and I ordered the same salmon omelette and hers was twice the size and mine had barely any salmon. But that aside, we were there for 3 hours. It was the day after Canada Day and the staff just seemed hung over and slow. Our waiter didn't know they could make mimosas, didn't know the specials. It was just a disaster. And zero awareness of the slow wait and our annoyance. Why not offer us a round of free drinks OR a free appetizer? Zero knowledge of customer service. Also, the decor is a mess. Make up your mind of what you are. Are you a Southern inspired kitchen or an homage to Canadiana? IT's just a melting pot of cliche.PASS
