what a glorious experience I had at op 1906. when I was invited to dinner and drink in a hotel bar, I was doubtful, but the whole experience was easy.
food: c- service: f- if I could give op 1906 a lower rating than 1, I would. it is kc restaurant week, and my man and I were thrilled to see this op.
the food took an hour and came out cold. the waitress said the kitchen was busy and there were three tables. the entire experience lasted 2 hours. eating.
