Contribuer aux commentairesNever had really terrible experience next to slow service, but today the service was extremely slow for not busy. saw in the drive through 15 minutes and then they did not have any soaking with my order as I asked, and the woman in the window told me no word. Just give me my lunch and looked different. I'm not very happy.
Customer service is ridiculous. I was told “they are too busy to take my order” and “they will get to me when they get to me” meanwhile the drive thru and restaurant was empty. Was not even acknowledged when i was standing at the order counter and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before they told me they couldn’t take my order. absolutely ridiculous.
If it's simple basic orders and during slow hours you might get a hot correct order.... got a burger without the meat but clearly ordered a regular burger and forget about handing them exact change with more bills than the total, they don't know how to work a register to do the math to avoid getting coin change...
Normally don’t have an issue here but today I’ve been in the drive-through for a solid 30 minutes and barely moved. It a good 3-5 minutes between every time a car moved.Update: I’m back here again a month later. It’s Thursday at 10am. The morning rush is over but the service is still incredibly slow. They need to schedule/hire more workers.
Not happy with one staff member in particular do not know her name because they don't wear name tags but she is very rude and snappy gave me wrong order I said sorry this isn't my order she then proceeded to rip the bag out of my hand and says to another employee it's this guy again then basically throws my order at me very unprofessional please address your employees on how they should treat customers or will be losing a customer
