Billy's Pancake House - Palatine

First time trying out this restaurant. The food was fantastic! Having pork chops I was glad that they had applesauce. The soup is homemade daily every morning, the cream of chicken rice was hot and very good. Salvina was an amazing waitress taking care of all the tables on a late Sunday afternoon a couple hours before closing. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back again!

Billy’s Pancake House is the best and highly recommended place to bring your family and friends. This is such a great spot to get some quick breakfast and brunch. Their place is also great for meetings, bonding, hanging out, relaxing, and chilling. They have so huge menu, their pancakes are phenomenal, and it comes in different flavors and variety. You will absolutely love the taste of their pancakes and other breakfast options. All of the food on their menu is unique and homemade. You can really tell that all of the food they are serving is really fresh and new. The waffles, crepes, bread, sandwiches, desserts, and others. All of it is really worth a try. Everything on the menu is mouth-watering and quality. Their prices can also amaze you. Their foods are so fair and affordable, you can order and try anything you want at such a great price, and without breaking your pockets. This is so far my favorite breakfast spot from now on. I will be going to visit this spot again and again. Also, will explore their menu and try all the food they have. The staff is really great and friendly. They are so accommodating and helpful. We took our family here for a lovely brunch(1 pm) on a Sunday and were surprised at how many tables were open. We were thankful, but you can tell the staff was ready to be done for the day after what I assume was a bustling morning crowd. I've come to Billy's before, so I know that wasn't their typical demeanor. I was able to brush aside a few of the mistakes they were making(forgetting kids' waters, refilling waters, getting the boxes for us). We were still enjoying our lunch, and our waitress gave us the check. I was surprised but again not offended since, with little kids, we prefer to get in and get out. I can see how someone would've taken offense, though, and hope that isn't consistent throughout the restaurant. My kids devoured the meal, and my breakfast burrito a treat to enjoy. We'll be back again to what I believe will be a more consistent Billy's.

I have been coming to Billy's for over 10 years. It's my go to place for breakfast in Palatine. Service and food are great.
