We stayed at The Colony for our 20th wedding anniversary. What an experience. We love this hotel. Everything was perfect, the facilities, staff, location. I didn’t expect the room to well appointed, but they proved otherwise. Our standard room was well equipped and designed. Water pressure was amazing. It was what we needed after our afternoon at the beach. Staff, they are the most wonderful and professional. They are 10/10. We were stucked at a nearby restaurant due to a torrential downpour. The hotel sent us a courtesy suv promptly. I can’t say enough about this hotel. We are looking forward to staying there. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Hotel design is very Palm Beach and the lobby is adorable. Guest room (suite) was nicely decorated and clean, however closets were musty and there was a soho amount of hallway noise due to the age of the building. For such a costly hotel, staff did not present as expected. The location is great, but for the price the experience did not feel luxurious.
