Jack In The Box - Palm Springs

Growing increasingly frustrated as the lobby is open rarely. We do not want to eat in our cars .This location gives Jack in the Box a bad name in the marketplace.

Usually busy inside with homeless people. Not in the best area cuz the parking lot is a pain to get into. Went through the drive in. Ordered the breakfast platter with silver dollar pancakes. Eggs were cold, and NO SYRUP? What the he'll good are pancakes without syrup?

Went through drive through and was told they were on break and would have to return in 2 minutes, what? Why say you’re open if we cannot order. Sounds like management needs to step in correct customer interaction. Thanks

The worst customer service, and that’s really a lot to say because there’s some terrible fast food servers here, but this place SUCKS. Line out the door, manager is sloooooow.
