They were able to press me on the commemorative day weekend when it was really busy as I was with myself and had just started. The first thing I noticed was that everyone on the staff spoke Italian... a good sign. Sure enough, the pasta I got was tasteful, plentiful, and perfect al dente. The caesar salad and the bread were also super fresh and delicious. My only regret is that I had a hard time ending everything because the parts are so generous. It was a perfect solo dinner after a warm day of shopping and sightseeing. I can't wait to return.

Perfecto. Authentic Italian cuisine. Host speaks Italian for you to add wonderful experience. If you taste sweet white wine, try the Mionetto Moscato Dolce.

The only Italian restaurant in the desert (we tried) that cooks its pasta perfectly. Al denies perfection, right! Love her sauces. Only last week once again had fantastic Bolognese eaten and my Nabeby had a wide infinity pasta in a cream sauce (forget the name) which was superb.
