Carl’s Jr. - Palmdale

Very slow workers, ordered just a large fry and it took them about 14 minutes, almost ran late for work.The fries barely had any salt on them, so I don’t prefer you get fries here.(The food here is also a bit overpriced for its quality, better off going to Burger King or Jack in the Box)The atmosphere is ok, the workers could give a greeting or ask what someone wants instead of staring at you and waiting ?It’s a 3 out of 5 for me ?

Worst Carls Junior I 've ever been to, walked in-no one inside, no one at the drive through-2 ladies talking in Spanish one said after ignoring me for at least 3min-just a min. After waiting 2-3 more min someone came from the back-was very rude, didn 't even say hello-SLOWLY took my order and money. I asked to use the restroom and the number-she told me the number, but not to also push the button-I had to yell to the back to get any attention and get some very snarky help . Never will stop there again-do not recommend. Bathroom was also dirty and handicap stall out of order which is against ADA. Poor management!

Drink; iced tea was watered down, with a cup filled with ice . Like drinking cup of water.

The restaurant is very clean. The drive-thru service was pleasant and quick. The food seems to be a better taste and value than McDonald’s.
