Dunkin' - Palos Park

I just ordered coffee changed my mind and ordered flavored shots and a worker in back, nina or mina had a meltdown yelling she can 't do that, I will go tell her myself. I 'm not changing. Rude.

Total trash, I come here often and the service is terrible. Overpriced. Really a shame

Very unpleasant and rude service and make fun of the customer!!!!

Service if I could say it as 0 I would have. I waited 20 minutes for 2 bagles asked for a manager and she was very rude and didn't even apologize. 5 people that came after me got their food first. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

So I originally left a one star review but today I went back to give them another chance and MUCH MUCH BETTER! I asked for the oatmilk to come from the original container due to my allergy to dairy milk. They were all so very nice! Spoke with the manager and thanked her for having a great and understanding staff!
