She explained the idea was to let it taste like the meat variants of the food. You can sit outside among all the plants, it is not super hot even on a hot day
This food truck was right around the corner from where we were staying. They have some unique dishes that we enjoyed especially the bocas plantains. They also had a chicken sandwich was pretty good as well

The hotel is located a bit away in the right corner of a food truck area next to Scotiabank. Not everything on the menu was available today, but what was it actually AMAZING! Super fresh and delicious! If we stayed longer in Panama City, I would defenately back!!
