Mcdonald's - Panama City

I’ve been sitting in line for over an hour, definitely going to be late for work. This company has gone down the drain with their service and food options. How can you consistently run out of quarter pounder beef and think it’s okay? Manager and team for night shift needs to be fired for their unprofessional attitude and refusing service to others over their frustrations.

I made a mobile order and they tried to say they didnt have the food to make it at like 10? i dunno if its true or not but either way its poor planning/poor management or just poor service. cant get my money back for up to a week. and then i went to the burger king which mind yall i also hate, and watched them serve SEVERAL other customers and have several staff members and customers inside.

All three of my kids milks were expired thankfully I always look at dates but one day a kids gonna get sick because of this and yall gonna be at fault .

They were yelling at me and they treated me in very bad taste with an unpleasant attitude, urging me to leave, me and my husband were talking calmly, they were in a hurry and they gave us the incomplete order so we asked for what was missing and that's why they got upset and they treated us badly ?

I Placed an order for a sausage/egg/cheese Mcmuffin. I got the order to go. When I opened the bag later, I had actually got a regular egg Mcmuffin with Canadian bacon. I do not like this sandwich so I was disappointed. I checked the receipt and it said egg Mcmuffin, so I guess the counter person had not heard my order correctly or put it in the computer wrong. I share the blame because I did not confirm the order but was still disappointed because I could not go back.
