Y Pizzeria Florencia - Panguipulli

The place is nice. They open something late. In fact, we were the first clients of the day and it was 11:30am. The food was normal.

This restaurant isn't working anymore. On the contrary there are new owners and a new name, called the traviata. They have very rich pastas, pizzas, amazing lemonade and desserts or talk

A while ago, this place was an Italian descendant who made pizzas in stone oven in the traditional Neapolitan way. They were amazing from another planet. Now I went back to the place on my last visit to Panguipulli and changed owners. Pizzas are no longer made as before and the stone oven is gone. We stayed the same, but the pizzas were common and current, they're not bad for prices, but nothing that stands out. As a point against it, it's that of peperoni was in extreme spicy, we left half. The decoration is now almost non-existent, as before the walls were adorned with family photographs and press clips from the restaurant, but now nothing. It's not a bad place if you're looking to eat something fast in Panguipulli, but you don't miss anything if you don't go. Too bad.

I just went by to buy two pizzas to take, after a day of many activities in Huilo Huilo. I bought two pizzas, one pepperoni and the other capricciosa. Pepperoni 11.990 and Capricciosa 18.990. When paying one trusts that the sum is correct, but now when they check, they added 10% tip and didn't ask me. I always pay tip when I'm served with the bowls, service to the table, but when I give a tip for the purchase of pizza, I see how much I leave, and I don't leave 10% for a service that I don't use and besides that it's voluntary. My purchase was 30,980 and I paid 33,980. How tired I was, I didn't notice this big detail, some scammers. Now, I get to my cabin that is retired from Panguipulli, and when opening the capricciosa pizza, the ham never came, which I was told was cooked ham, it was nothing more tomato sauce and cheese, more onion!!!!!! That is nothing to do with what I paid for, which is most expensive. I doubled a pizza (the most chili face, in Tiramisu de las condes worth 11.900 and pepperoni 9.800) and paid for the urgency of wanting to get home soon, and finally paid very much for a pizza they didn't give me. Now I'm calling on the phone and off. We served the pizzas the same, but I demand compensation. Tomorrow I'll come by and see what happens.

The attention was malicious and all very slow. It took more than an hour to deliver pizza and the bathroom was in bad shape. I do not recommend going to the place only x the nice mold q present. Case aside the slowness and dissatisfaction of the garzones which are misdiagnoses in their work.
