Chili's Grill - Paragould

For it tew be jus myself and my associate (being the only 2 ppl served)... the service was HORRIBLE!!! Had tew remind the waiter of missed items more than once because she was more eager tew either get on her phone or engage in a conversation with aunpaying patron.

Paragould Arkansas. I felt like I was in a Tavern it was dark. Could not see what we were eating hardly. Some food was overcooked. Some food was undercooked. Some was flavorless. Waitress was coming and checking on us then out of the blue wedidn't see her for quite a while so we sat there with issues and also our drinks were not filled up. Good thing I was justvisiting.

The atmosphere is a perfect blend of a vibrant sports bar and a family-friendly dining experience. The food is excellent, and the service is just right. One of the most delightful surprises is sitting near the bar area, where locals engage you in conversation while enthusiastically cheering for the games on the big screen.

This was simply absurd. We were a group of six, and when we arrived, the host took a look around and said we'd need to wait a moment. It took him quite a while to get our table ready. Eventually, we were seated at a table meant for four, despite the fact that the restaurant was mostly empty—about 80% of the tables were unoccupied. While we waited, another group of four came in, and the host told them they would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. I just can't understand this when the restaurant has so many empty tables. The customer service is absolutely terrible!

When I went to pay, the total on the screen was one amount, but my account statement showed a higher charge than what was on my receipt and email confirmation. I did take pictures of the hamburger as evidence. Safe to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
