Chili's Grill - Paragould

The atmosphere is that of a great sports bar mixed with family dining. The food here is fantastic and the service is appropriate. The biggest welcome surprise is sitting near the bar area and the locals chatting you up while cheering on the gameplaying on the big screen.

Absolutely ridiculous, we were a group of 6, the host looked a round and said uh give me a some time. Took his time to get the table ready. 6 at at table made for 4, with an empty restaurant. Literally 80% of the tables were empty, as we waited anotherset of four walks in the door and the host says it's going to be 30 to 45 min wait... again the restaurant is 80% EMPTY....Customer service is the worst!!!!!!

I ordered 3 meals for my family. One was cheese burger, which I ordered no pink and guess what it was pink all the way through, and to top it off it was completely covered in mustard so that's all I tasted. The chicken crispier was so tough the knifewouldn't cut through them. Plus all the food was cold. When I paid it showed one amount but when I checked my account theycharged me more than what was on my receipt and my email. I do have pics of the hamburger. We will not be eating there again

For it tew be jus myself and my associate (being the only 2 ppl served)... the service was HORRIBLE!!! Had tew remind the waiter of missed items more than once because she was more eager tew either get on her phone or engage in a conversation with aunpaying patron.

Paragould Arkansas. I felt like I was in a Tavern it was dark. Could not see what we were eating hardly. Some food was overcooked. Some food was undercooked. Some was flavorless. Waitress was coming and checking on us then out of the blue wedidn't see her for quite a while so we sat there with issues and also our drinks were not filled up. Good thing I was justvisiting.
