I’ve never had bubble tea before and the staff here was PHENOMENAL. They helped me pick out a drink to my liking even though I didn’t know what it was. They also helped pick out the perfect drink for my daughter, she ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. It came out in record time. Farida was helping us and we she was so helpful. I cant say enough good things about her, keep up the good work. Will definitely be coming back again.

I don’t really leave reviews, but as a Taiwanese, the two drinks that I got today were a humiliation to Taiwanese bubble tea culture. Never had a bubble tea this bad in my 37 years of life. The tea latte tastes like water with a hue of milk. The green tea grapefruit tastes like chemicals and the bubbles are like water sponges. I’m angry at myself for getting these drinks now. Ruined my day.

Waited 20 minutes for an online order I placed for pick up and everyone who has been online even after me have been served their drinks. And when. I got the order , it was also completely wrong ! Horrible !!!!

Very fast serving and nice kind employees! It's my routine to get gongcha whenever I come to garden state plaza.

Very disappointed with brown sugar milk. Doesn’t taste the same lacking flavor and sweetness
