The Niedermair house is located above Partschins in a quiet location with a fantastic view over the valley. Since we booked at short notice, there was only a small, unrenovated double room left for us, which was certainly getting old, but was still clean, had a very comfortable bed and a large balcony. We particularly enjoyed the sauna area with indoor and outdoor pools and a fantastic relaxation terrace. The breakfast buffet, salad buffet and 4-course menu in the evening were excellent. The icing on the cake is the hard-working staff in all areas of the house. Everyone is incredibly friendly, warm and very professional. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. After a very friendly welcome, the owner, Ms. Kuen, explained to us the extensive facilities of the hotel and accompanied us to the spacious room in the new building. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the mountains. The staff in the family-run hotel are extremely friendly and the attentive team pampers the guest. Breakfast and the 5-course dinner leave nothing to be desired: whether you are a vegetarian, fish or meat lover. Regional products and organic quality from South Tyrolean mountain farms are used by the creative kitchen team. Delicious organic wines from our own cultivation complete the delicious menu. The Hotel Niedermair has a large wellness and spa area. What is also striking here is the cleanliness of the entire house. A large heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool with adjacent relaxation areas complement the wellness area. Massages and other beauty offers help you feel completely comfortable. Numerous hikes with wonderful views can be started directly from the hotel. There are very good bus connections in the town center that can be used free of charge with the Meran Card. The app is practical and useful: suedtirolmobil The vehicle can be parked in the spacious underground car park or in the covered outdoor area. A chargeable charging station is available for electric vehicles. The location of the house with its view, the extremely friendly atmosphere, the excellent breakfast and dinner and the spacious rooms will certainly encourage us to book with the Kuen family again. Rooms: Modern, spacious rooms in the new building. A large closet offers plenty of space for holiday clothes. A small desk offers space to edit your holiday photos and you can relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book. The bathroom offers plenty of space with its corner shower. There are enough shelves. Also hooks for towels and bathrobes. Nearby activities: Numerous hiking trails open directly from the hotel. The Partschinser Waalweg and from there to the waterfall or the Saxnerweg can be explored directly from the hotel. The Algunder-Waalweg, with a view of Meran, can be reached in a few minutes by bus or car (parking lot). Walkability: In 20 minutes you can walk to the town of Partschins. There is also a bus shuttle. There are hardly any parking spaces in town. Recommendation: if you don't want to walk into town, you should take the bus shuttle. Food drinks: Excellent and varied cuisine. Regional and organic are the focus. Flexible, friendly kitchen team also offers delicious delicacies for vegetarians.
