Contribuer aux commentairesThey’re coffee is okay and the food is really good! However, the service is terrible. I’m local and I frequent silver king 2 3x a week. I’ve resisted giving them a low star review for months because their food is good but there’s no excuse for consistently poor service. I’ve ordered online many times with no issues. But for some reason whoever works the weekend, refuses to fill the online orders. Of the times i’ve ordered pickup on the weekend, I approach the window and tell them I have a pick up order, and they will tell me “we don’t do pick up orders”. This is a lie because I order on their app all the time during the week. When I told them this, she said “well we have one but we don’t really keep up on it and sometimes it doesn’t work so next time go through the drive through”. If their app doesn’t work, then why does it work during the weekdays and can still charge my card? If they can’t fill the orders that are being sent in through the app, then they should downsize and stop using the app instead of blaming the customer for ordering. They also shouldn’t lie about it to the customer, especially to someone who frequents their business so often. Also, their drive through is very slow and I am generally on break from work, and I don’t have time to wait 45 min in their drive through. Besides them being difficult to order from and receiving lies or a snarky comment when I ask for my order, the employees also harass you about tips. Of course, I’m going to tip. But when I give them a $10.00 cash tip on a $20.00 order (that’s a 50% tip for anyone paying attention) and I can see that the employee SAW AND WITNESSED me tipping them in cash into their jar. Then when I purchase my food (via card) and they ask “would you like to add a tip?”. No matter what my response is to this, they always repeat the question; “would you like to add a tip?”. Keep in mind, this isn’t a one time thing. This interaction happens every time I order from them. This is really irritating especially when I already tipped them and they know I already tipped them. I’m not sure if asking TWICE for a tip at the window is a policy, but if it’s not a company policy then I can only conclude that the employees are being purposefully greedy. I’m sorry but they aren’t even serving me my food and coffee, they are literally a drive through. I still tip because I try to be nice, and after the employees lie to me and given me nothing but a terrible attitude, I realistically don’t understand why these employees think that they are entitled to a 70% tip? Sadly, my overall service experience with Silver King has been terrible. The employees are tactless, rude and frustrating. It sucks that I have to leave Silver King’s drive through feeling upset and frustrated, not because the order is wrong or the food is bad, but because I was treated poorly.
