Chili's Grill - Parkesburg

Upon entering the restaurant, we were met by a short blonde waitress who quickly informed us that they did not have any fried food or ribs, without offering a warm greeting. Despite this, we decided to stay and have a drink or two. The waitress rolled her eyes and told us to follow her to our table. As we walked, she remarked to an older man at the bar that she wished they could get rid of him, to which he responded that they weren't in the business of making friends. After hearing this, I contemplated leaving.

The glasses on the bar need to be cleaned more thoroughly. no single shrub, several shrubs. we have observed the glass cleaning method during sitting at the bar. we were so crazy that we left. no wonder people get sick. on the positive side was eating delicious!

Eating is good when they do their job right. we order here often because we get good tickets and there is really no other option. at least 50% of the time we order to get a whole meal is missing, appetizers are missing or something like the soft tacos are broken (idk, why, maybe roll them too hard, maybe the do not store them properly. as I said, if the things are done correctly, it is good, but not surprised to have those who are missing or not usable. I can't wait until the new complex is built over rt 10.

It's a hit or miss eating here. We had a good waitress this dining out compared to last. it was just super busy, and she was way overloaded, which meant things got forgotten, etc. Understandably, so, but it caused our time out to drag out. Food was okay; my southwestern rolls weren't hot... more like warm, disappointing. My son's side of fries took an additional 8 minutes to get to him...but she did make sure they had just come out, and they were crispy. Hopefully they can hire more staff and keep improving. Lunch is not busy like dinner.
