If your looking for MacDonalds prices you will be disappointed, but these burgers do fill you up and taste 200% better than anything Ronald McDonald would serve up.
I stopped here to order a wagyu burger that was advertised on a signboard out the front of the restaurant, I chose this over the place next door because of the wagyu sign, and because I asked what their burger next door was made from and the answer was just beef mince. So I had to choose the wagyu! I had ordered just before a large group of people had walked in for lunch and this was lucky as the burger did not take very long to make, I was basically the only person in the shop before that and in a wheelchair yet they still asked if I was named person who had ordered the burger LOL! The burger came in a fairly large paper bag, which made the burger look even smaller in the bag, than it was but this is no whopper thats for sure! I was hoping to get the best burger in Australia! MY mouth was watering, but I took a photo first! I should add the Wagyu Wunder has the following:Premium wagyu pattie with Dijon mustard, pickle, aged cheddar, Spanish onion, smoked sea salt, tomato sauce & egg mayo. It seemed smaller than a regular burger and @ $15.90 for just the burger I was a tad disappointed. Nevertheless I took a bite waiting for the glorious wagyu flavour to hit me and then looked again at what I had ordered... The meat tasted like the patty in a cheeseburger from Mcdonalds! There was no char or crust on the patty, although it did have a slight pinkness in the meat it didn't have the flavour I was hoping for! I forgot the sign in the restaurant that stated healthy burgers! Maybe that is why the patty reminded me of Mcdonalds. I thought that with a name like Grill'd that I would have some smoky char flavour? Anyway I will be hesitant to ever try another burger there, I might add that this was the 3rd burger I had this year and it was 4th on the list of wagyu burgers I have this year.
Friendly service and great burgers. Almighty is awesome. Dad always gets a Simon Says. Mum loved the Somerset. Super power salad was also a good choice.
Grill'd has large number of outlets all across Australia and they offer great burgers. Their USL is selling healthy burgers and I believe they actually do. They have a burger with actual beetroot patty (sounds weird at first), but it actually taste awesome. The serving size is small and it's a quick eat destination for anytime of the day.
You can rely on Grill'd to deliver an excellent burger in just the right amount of time. We know it will always be great. The customer service is so good. You can tell the team are well educated in how to best look after customers.
