Contribuer aux commentairesAbout six years ago, Vice Manager Lauren and her sister terrorized me. I was in resistance and I couldn't use the bathroom. I ask Lauren about the headset and she always said I should wait. I was in the register alone. Lauren and her girls did my and other life for no reason miserable. I hope Wawa has changed her policy against bullfights and they have lost their jobs. Martin was the manager at the time and was a nice guy, only he should have acted when I approached him about this bullying problem. They would also mock the special people who worked there. It's still getting mad just thinking about how I was treated.
I usually don't leave a negative check, but I feel like the cashier crossed the border. If my total value is $8.26 and I hand $10, would I have got $1.74 back right? Now she decided to give me $1 and talk to the customer behind me. I haven't said anything since I was too late. For me, the problem is not the amount, but the way they just keep my change as they are? It's not going to the store register, it's going to her bag as a tip. If I wanted to give her a hint, I would?ve. No need to sneak and take people money like that.
There must be a way to improve your online collection process. This is the last time I had problems with online ordering. At first, the app allowed me to buy oat flour you didn't have, I drove out of the way. Every time the order was not ready or where it should be. The purpose of online ordering is that it eliminates waiting time. My order is not ready to make me behind schedule
Fountain Soda terrible above all the Diet Coke selection does not taste like a coke drink at all. I can't even tell Seltzer water because that would have a better taste. Very disappointed because I always think they will be repaired, but not in weeks.
Upon entry there was a nice African American women greeting everybody with a warm smile as she was making sure the items were in place. I ordered my sandwich/drink quickly and proceeded to check out where I encountered an unpleasant cashier (I?m assuming this is the one everybody is referring to in the previous reviews her name is Rashell) her whole aura is so negative you can tell she doesn?t want to be there and it can really make somebody feel uncomfortable, she doesn?t make eye contact and barely wants to hand you your receipt.
