Chick-fil-a - Pasadena

Busy during rush hours as the lunch time for nearby students and school staff. Plenty of seats for sitting down, grabbing food and doing some work. The drive through space might not be enough and foresee a long waiting lane.

Missing order twice! ! It make me feel dispirited when I discovered after drive 20 minutes home. It's unbelievable that I only ordered twice in this month and they missed my order twice!That means customers have 100% chances to miss their orders here!I think the management should be aware for this, because I never had missing orders before.

I wanted to try their new chicken sandwich: the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken sandwich. It's only for a limited time. Your choice of regular, spicy or grilled chicken filet, topped with pimento cheese, pickled jalapeno peppers and a drizzle of honey. I enjoyed it. I hope they put it on their regular menu! Not too crazy about the waffle fries, but that's ok. There was a massive line of cars at the drive-thru and we were able to get in and away pretty quick. Thank you Pasadena store for expediting the ordering process and bringing our food to the car with a smile!

It's a great place for food but they keep messing up my order. They have no problem replacing it but the inconvenience can be a bit much.

This has hands down has to be the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. They always mess up my food and if they finally get it right it taste like it’s been sitting for a while or they rushed it out without warming it up. Lacking some serious quality control at this location. Does not matter if you go for breakfast or dinner… quality will still suck at this location.
