Contribuer aux commentairesI totally gave to Sonic, EVERY TIME they get something wrong if you are out of something just say it!! I'm sorry to type for POOR service. I get a meal and a crisp pack, first they came in the same bag that is already strange, then no toy, now I have dissapointed child, if you don't have toys at the time just say something, not just skipping people on their orders!
Just spent 2 minutes explaining to the person No Mayo, add Mustard. Get home and what do I find? Mayo. Why is this such a difficult concept? Your sign says Mayo. I said remove the Mayo and replace it with Mustard. Shouldn't take a 2 minute explanation and should result in a burger with Mayo. Ridiculous.We need a better drive through burger place.
Man.. Y 'all were close. Love at first sip with my limeade. I have never had a limeade where you can taste the lime. And then I get to the absolutely amazing cheeseburger which is missing the lettuce I specifically asked for. Customer service has gotten a little better here but nothing that screams, Hey y 'all! Welcome to Sonic! We absolutely LOVE our product and customers! . I was so proud to work at Sonic during high school. These kids today aren 't very enthusiastic.
Sonic had their $0.50 corn dogs and half price drinks for on line orders. It was a win win for me.
I had done an order on line... They didn't even know that I was there. My order wasn't ready. I had to ask again. They gave me my food cold . Won't ever order on line anymore. ? Hopefully they start building the Sonic on Spencer highway
