Pizza Hut - Pascagoula

Always seem to mess my order up and the quality of the food is awful, would rather eat pizza from Chuck E Cheese...

Tried to order on the app for 20 minutes. Said there was no delivery to any address in Pascagoula. Called 5 times, put on eternal hold each one. Finally got a totally disinterested girl on the phone who would say nothing other than 'it 's gonna take a whole hour. ' Finally quit and ordered Dominoe 's. Freaking unbelievable!!! Do better.

This restaurant is not being fairly reviewed, there is a vocal minority that took to this app to complain, no one in my area uses Yelp, and it's no surprise that there's only a few reviews. I understand that someone had problems ordering, but sometimes you get transferred to the corporate call center, and they should have used the app. I understand that someone's food was late, but there's a friggin train that runs through the city and there should have been something they could have done, even if it means waiting for a new pizza, it's not nice but it happens. You shouldn't rate a restaurant from just one bad experience when it was just from someone in the phone or that delivery driver. This is the best Pizza Hut I've ever been to, the other's in the area don't compare. The food quality is the best fast-food pizza you can get. Is it resturant quality? No! It's Pizza-Hut, you know what you're getting yourself in to. It's greasy and cheesy and better than Domino's, Pappa John's and Little Ceaser's combines. The staff's appearance doesn't inspire too much confidence, but they've always been very nice to me and even though I don't go there that much they know my name and have it out when they see me walking up. On the basis that this is, in-fact, a Pizza-Hut, and not up to the quality of an Italian restaurant, this is a five-star location within this chain from my repeated experiences.

Pretty disappointed that the bottom of my pizza pie was soaked in grease while still in the box. Its one thing when there's grease dripping from the top but when you squeeze the pizza crust and grease drips out that's a HELL no! Sorry but I am NOT coming back here anymore

Very rude and impatient!!! Submitted my order online and they didn't want to change the address once I called it in, because I was at work not home. And making me wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund! Just stick with Dominos!
