This place sucks the kids that run it cant hear or even count right never gotten my order right had to go back twice in five minutes definitely need someone running it
1st time dri king at Biggbys. Love the sugar free options. Wish there was one in florida .
We waited over 30mins in line before we could place our order.
Just went here and got two drinks and found a hair inside of the hot coffee we ordered. I think with this being a place that also sells food hair nets should be worn for this reason.
